Where exactly is auction pickup?
The auction pickup address is:
3901 N Kingshighway Blvd.
St. Louis, MO 63115
The loading dock is located behind the warehouse. Our gate is located on San Francisco Ave. After entering the gate, come to the second set of loading docks.
When do we pick up items we have won?
Pick up day is the Wednesday following the Sunday of auction closing. Pick up hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm.
What if I can't come on a Wednesday to pick up my items?
You can call our auction line to schedule a pick up. The auction phone number is (314) 305-0792. Please do not come to the warehouse without an appointment unless it is during normal auction pickup hours.
What if I want to cancel a bid?
We understand that accidents and mistakes happen. However, out of respect for other bidders, we do not cancel bids.
The item I purchased does not match the images and/or description displayed on the auction website. What do I do?
We do our best to make the lots as descriptive and accurate as possible. If the item(s) you receive do not match the photos and/or description, we will work with you to make it right. If imperfections are captured in the photos and/or description, we cannot offer a refund or trade-in. Please take advantage of the auction viewing opportunity every Wednesday to closely examine items.
What are acceptable payment methods?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay with cash or check on pickup day. If you choose to pay with cash or check, there may still be a hold placed on your card upon registering for the auction. If a check does not clear, we reserve the right to charge a $40 fee and remove your right to pay by check in future auctions.
Is there a forklift onsite to help with loading of large items?
Yes, we do have a forklift on site. While we are happy to help load large items when we can, we don't guarantee it. Auction winners are responsible for loading their own items. If we do help load items, we are not responsible for any damage to the items or your vehicle during the process.
